Holt Lakehouse combines French country-inspired exterior details with bright, contemporary interior spaces. Light brick, sharp gables, dark window frames and a curved porch roof give the home a distinctive profile in its waterfront setting.

Inside, a tall entry foyer features white wall paneling and an open staircase with wood-toned treads and handrails. The kitchen pairs white cabinetry with a large, light veined island, while built-ins and a fireplace provide a focal point in the living area.

Color gives several rooms their own identity, from blue and teal accents to green cabinetry and patterned finishes in utility spaces. A deep covered rear porch connects the home to its outdoor surroundings and offers space to enjoy the lake setting.
