The Alvarez residential project features a light-colored exterior, a gabled roofline and a covered front porch in an open setting bordered by trees. The short exterior video shows the home and surrounding grounds during the building process.

Its porch and traditional roof forms offer inspiration for a Southern-style custom home. When planning your own build, consider how the exterior, entry and outdoor spaces will relate to your property and the way you want to live.

Southern Inspired Homes works with homeowners in Johnston County and surrounding North Carolina communities. Contact our team to discuss custom home plans, location and budget.
